Policies & Procedures
Appointments:
We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the high demand of appointments, we require at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, full charge for "day-of" cancellations and "no-shows".
Payment:
Payment is due at the conclusion of your session. Simply Massage accepts cash, check or credit card. Although tipping is not required, it is most appreciated.
Professional Boundaries:
Simply Massage adheres to a strict Code of Ethics. The type of massage that is offered at Simply Massage is non-sexual. Any attempt to make the session sexual or inappropriate will result in the immediate termination of the session & the client/therapist relationship. Full payment will be due for the session.
Late Arrivals:
As always, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event that you are a late arrival, your massage may still end at the scheduled time in order not to interfere with following appointments.
